Cordon Bleu aus Freiland-Putenschnitzel mit Kräuter-Dip

Knusprig, saftig, Lecker! Unser Corden Bleu aus unserem Nature & Respect Freiland-Putenschnitzel

Ingredients

  • 2 Pck Nature & Respect Freiland-Putenschnitzel
  • 4 Scheiben Rohschinken, dünn geschnitten
  • 4 Scheiben Gouda
  • 20 g Butter
  • 150 g Mehl
  • 150 g Paniermehl
  • 2 Bio-Eier, verquirlt
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer
  • Kräuter Dip:
  • 1/2 Bund Schnittlauch, geschnitten
  • 200 g Crème fraîche
  • 2-3 EL Apfelessig
  • 1 TL Senf

Preparation

  1. Freiland-Putenschnitzel würzen. Mit Schinken & Käse belegen, einrollen.
  2. Das eingerollte Putenschnitzel panieren.
  3. In einer heißen Pfanne in Butter von beiden Seiten goldbraun anbraten, aus der Pfanne nehmen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200 Grad (Ober- und Unterhitze) für 15 Min. backen.
  4. Kräuter-Dip anrühren, dazu alle Zutaten gut vermischen.
  5. Cordon Bleu aus dem Ofen nehmen, in Scheiben schneiden und mit Kräuter-Dip und z.B. buntem Salat servieren.
