Free-range chicken Halloween burger

Are you ready for the spookiest chicken burger ever?

Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 burgers

 

  • 2 Pck Nature & Respect free-range chicken burst fillet
  • 2 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of pickled snack cucumber (cut lengthwise)
  • 4 green olives stuffed with peppers
  • 4 toothpicks
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Mayonnaise and ketchup

Preparation

  1. Fry the chicken breast fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Then cut into slices.
  2. Lightly toast the buns. Spread the bottom sections with mayonnaise, place lettuce leaves and the chicken slices on top.
  3. Slice the onion into rings and spread over the salad. Add the cucumber slice as a “tongue” and cover with the tomato.
  4. Cut the cheese into jagged shapes and place on top of the tomato as “teeth”. Spread ketchup on the top half of the bun.
  5. Attach the olive “eyes” to the bun with toothpicks and serve the Halloween burger!
