Free-range chicken wings “Buffalo style”

Chicken wings Buffalo style - your next party hit!

Ingredients

  • 2 free-range chicken wings from Nature & Respect
  • 25 g BBQ rub
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 50 ml chili sauce
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • Vegetable sticks of your choice

For the breading:

 

  • 15 g BBQ rub
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 ml cold water

Ranch-Dressing:

 

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 230 ml buttermilk
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Parsley
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Place the free-range chicken wings in a bowl, season with BBQ rub, add the buttermilk and leave to stand in the fridge for 1 hour.

  2. Mix the flour, BBQ rub and water to form a smooth batter.

  3. Turn the marinated wings in the batter and fry in the Airfryer at 180 degrees until crispy.

  4. Prepare the dip for the vegetable sticks: Mix the yogurt with a dash of buttermilk, crushed garlic, finely diced onion and chopped parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the melted butter with the chili sauce and pour over the hot wings.
